How much does home automation cost in Dubai?
There is no fixed price. Cost depends on the property size, the number of controlled points such as lights, AC units, curtains and cameras, the automation scope, the protocol chosen, integration requirements, product selection and installation complexity. Fortue prepares a costed proposal after a consultation and a review of the property or drawings.
When should automation be planned in a new villa?
Ideally during design, before first fix electrical works, so that cabling, panel space, keypad positions and lighting circuits can be coordinated with the architect, interior designer and MEP consultant. Automation can still be added later, but early planning gives a cleaner and more reliable result.
Can an apartment be automated without rewiring?
In most cases, yes. Wireless technologies such as Zigbee, Z-Wave and Matter can control lighting, curtains, climate and security with minimal disruption. Where works need building management approval, Fortue plans the installation around those requirements.
Does Fortue provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. Fortue covers the complete lifecycle: consultation, system design, engineering and BOQs, installation, programming and commissioning, handover, and ongoing support.
Does Fortue provide AMC and support in Dubai?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts and remote support are available, including for systems Fortue did not originally install, subject to an assessment.
