Select one switching approach that could be applied consistently across all twelve villas, so that every unit is installed, commissioned and supported the same way.
Approach
Fortue defined a single Zigbee architecture for all twelve villas and compared two switching options: hidden relay and dimmer modules installed behind conventional switches, and smart switch fascias. The engineering focus was a method that can be installed, commissioned and supported consistently across the development.
